The difference between v1 and v2 is the skirt. Here is what the creator said:
I’m not extremely happy with the skirt so I remade it. Added more pleats, which means more poly. Feel free to grab it if you like. Note it’s NOT an overwrite and the new version has a ‘v2’ badge on the thumbnail.
